New Estate Baptist School was founded by New Estate Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev Dr Sola Aworinde on the 15th of September, 1997.
It was then located at no. 25 Maduagwu Moronu Street, Masha – Surulere with Mrs Nturu as the pioneer Headmistress and Mrs Olateju Adegbite as the ‘Management Board Chairman’.
The aim of establishing the school is to build self-reliant, disciplined confident pupils, poised and ready to face future challenges. The School is poised to combat and conquer juvenile delinquency / moral decadence in our society and imbibes in the children the notion of “Excellence” derivable from the knowledge of God in Christ.

Our Curriculum
Our classrooms are stocked with learning materials that would enhance teaching and learning process. Our curriculum is designed to develop the three domains of learning (cognitive, effective and psychomotor)..
Co-Curricular Activities
In NEB school, our co-curricular activities cover and develop the following in pupils and sudents:
1. It stimulates playing, acting, recitation, speaking and narrating in students.
2. Activities like participation in game debates, music, drama, etc., help in achieving overall functioning of education.
3. It enables the students to express themselves freely through debates.
4. Games and Sports gives fitness and energy to the child.

In New Estate Baptist Secondary School, We have a Godly culture, we regard every child in the school as a gift from God knowledge has to be in the way of the Lord according to Proverb 22 verse 6.
In order to achieve this objective, we do not only act as their teachers but also as parent to them. We are not only concerned about their academics but also their moral and spiritual upbringing Apart from the teachers, we have a team of pastors, a chaplain and counselors who pray, teach and counsel our pupils/ students on regular basis. It is our delight as well as our prayers that every child that comes to New Estate Baptist School will grow up to be a responsible citizen of this country, God fearing and be proud to say he/she is a product of NEBS.
